i always get residue stuff on my undie. like is it normal like does everyone stain their undies? like is it sometimes pale yellow stain on the undie? do you get it? do both males and females get it?

There is a name for this effect but I don't know the English word for it. It's better just to change your undies more often if you want to do something about it. And it's really a very normal thing to have as long as it doesn't smell bad or you have like heavy itching.

It's normal with most women, I think you mean white discharge which leaves a pale yellow stain. Besides getting treatment from your gynaecologist, you need to take vitamins in the form of B Complex. Use a panty liner.

YUP thats ok. ul got more of it as u get near ur period. itll be from pale yellow to yellow brown. trim ur pubes and change panties twice aday morning and before u sleep. always bring tissues when u urinate. its called hygiene.
