I think u can go for bleach.....
if u want a permanent solution go for permanant hair removal.....

Threading : get your forehead, eyebrows and upper lip threaded from a proffessional.
Use a good bleach like wella, not more than once a month. Don't bleach often, it increases the growth of hair on your face.
Laser sounds like the best solution but it does have many side effects. Waxing the face can cause rashes.

its a home remedy rub musturd oil on your face and then take some basin(chana Floor or sunnipindi) mix with water and make loose paste and then rub it on your face in the upward direction and do it till becomes dry and then do it twice,when u go for a bath use bath powder.

shave, wax, put nair on it, or get it laser removal.
