i use it very rarely but my stylist tells me all the time not to.

Too much of anything is harmful to your hair. But if you use it correctly there isn't a problem. as long as you condition your hair very well and don't hold the dryer directly on top of your hair all the time....or pull the brush through tighly while holding heat on it. I know the stylists all do that, but it's very stressful on the hair. I only blow dry my hair when i'm going out and let it "airdry" the rest of the time and i noticed it's so much more healthier now. I used to wash and blow dry it twice a day in my younger club years....it took years to get my hair back into shape, but i did lose alot of it due to all that stress. buy a good gently shampoo and good conditioner and blow dry in moderation. good luck

Itz true...you use too much hair dryer your hair bcomes weak and eventually falls offf....i shud know it happened to a f4rend of mine
a huge patch came right offf

Anytime you put heat on your hair it damages it, whether it is from a hair dryer or curling iron.

a blow dryer wont damage your hair, what it does is probably leads to split ends

yes thats true it weakens your hair but once in a way is ok!!
