Well some ways to releave your self, would be to eat some beans for one,, Or Drink a little baking soda mixed in water.. It tastes nasty but a lttle for that should help... 1/3 of a glass.....

my mom and sister say baking soda mixed with water...like a tablespoon of baking soda to an 8oz glass of h2o.
