Hi, I have done the same and it was bleach and dye and my hair was wrecked, The best way to do it is not to dye your hair at all until it has either growed out or is at least in better condition. You may find that every conditioner you use isnt working, but the more you use it , it will begin to work. Pantene smooth and sleek is good and i also use products from Lush, Rehab shampoo and Retread Conditioner are brilliant and have really transformed my hair. They also do hair moisturisers that you put on dry hair and leave for as as long as you want. Also when you dry or straighten you hair or do both, use a leavin conditioner and heat protection spray.

I had to do the same thing...dyed it several times in one night in fact! Left my (normally) very healthy hair feeling fried and gave me a headache. I found some deep conditioner by L'Oreal Vive (I'm pretty sure that it was Vive anyway), it's a color protector with UV blocking also....you leave it in for 3 minutes after a couple uses my hair was back to normal....I love that stuff...I recommend it all the time whether your hair is damaged or not. I use it once every few days. Also I think one of the hair color brands (not sure which because I haven't used it yet but my mom has) has come out with a glaze for hair but it's not colored it is a clear conditioning treatment I believe and she loves it....her hair is very coarse and damaged from years of highlights. Hope this helps!

you can try using this oil, which ever is accesible easier to you:

take 100gms almond oil,100 gms olive oil,100gms castor oil and 100 gms coconut oil....put the coconut oil ina pan and heat it for a few secs, while its on the stove ,mix 16 capsules of vitamin E and after a couple of sec mix all the other oils in it and trun the stove off.
out it in a botle and shake well and keep it overnight and then start using 4-5 times in a week.make sure to leave the oil on hair for minimum 20 mins when ever u apply it!!

or else:
take almond oil and mix saffron in it,leave the bottle for almost 2 months for it to be ready for applying.it has to change its color to dark yellow and the u can apply it on your hair and its also useful for dark circles unders the eyes!!

save getting trims so it may advance out and the recent healthful hair can replace the previous broken hair. there is this line called professional organic’s that's extremely good for broken or chemically processed hair because of the fact its so comfortable and it makes use of argan oil that's the final element you need to use on your hair. seem them up on line and notice in case you like something from them like shampoo, conditioner, argan oil for after a tub, hair mask.

I would use deep conditioner, like Aussie 3 minute miracle. Additionally you should avoid blow drying your hair. I would wash it, deep condition it and (if you are worried about greasy, oily looking hair) wash it again. I would then spray it with leave in conditioner before combing it. Don't brush it when wet, avoid chlorinated water and get it trimmed regularly.
