Actually, I don't get motivated to exercise throughout the day. I exercise first thing in the morning before I even have a chance to think about it and start making up flimsy excuses. Right now, it's VERY hot where I live, so getting outside early is the best thing I can do. Figure out which "mind game" works for you and take advantage of it.

I listen to my "guilty pleasure" music. As in, music I normally do not listen to but I secretly enjoy.
Also, I try to excercise first thing in the morning before I lose my motivation.
If I can't, then I try to make it fun excercise also, like dance.

It's not advisable to exercise throughout the day.
But for me,music really helps.Just sing a long and you'll forget that you're actually exercising.
