I think its video capture but the man at the software shop said it wasnt. Well its like this, when u open a vcd u can slow down or stop the tape then capture a pic from that vcd, but just the picture of that vcd not the whole computer screen. Do u know where i can get a software like that free or demo. I got a software named easy video capture but it doesnt seem to open vcd. Thanks if u can help.

you must try Inter Video WinDvd Recorder its very good software u can cut snaps cut scenes and play television too u can get it from

or you can also try Cyberlink PowerDVD its really very very good software with lots of features like snapshot and slow and fast playback but u cant reord any part of the movie or VCD throudh it you can get the Cyberlink PowerDVD from
