I would like to share mine and that was just a couple of days after the death of my grandma, i was seriously fast asleep, but suddenly the room turned so cold that it woke me u, i knew something was amidst but didn't dare to open my eyes, I could feel something coming so close to me that i was froze. I was facing the wall at that time and i could feel the 'thing' bending over trying to catch a glimpse of me, i am very sure it was my grandma. You just know it somehow....

When I first moved into my house, my daughter and I were on the couch watching TV, I had an angel sitting on top of the Tv and it just flew off the TV, I put it back and it did it again, so I put the angel on the TV and tried to slide it around but, it didn't so I changed it to the mantel and asked if it was ok there? Its been there for years now. Also one day I was in the kitchen doing dishes and I could see my shadow and then a bigger shadow came up I thought it was my husband so I turned around to suprise him but no one was there, so I told the ghost to get out of the kitchen. I have taken pictures of the family on the stairs leading to the second floor, and there was a bright light in the picture and a mans figure in the light, kinda creepy, but hes now a part of the family. I guess I need to do some checking on this house and the land. I was never told that anyone died in this house but you never know.

My parents' house has a ghost in it. While growing up my bedroom and closet doors would open and close, the tv and vcr would turn on and off by itself, small things like jewelry and keys would disappear (we called it the black hole) and then reappear the next day. The older I got, the more sensitive I became of it. I could sense it when it was near me, it would touch my shoulder and tug on my hair, it even shoved me once. I got used to it, but the creepiest night I had was when I was alone at home and went downstairs to get a drink. I started up the steps and heard our backdoor open and close and then I heard footsteps go through the kitchen, into the hallway, and into my parents bedroom. I thought my parents came home. I went back down the steps and went into my parents room. No parents. I looked outside and their car wasn't there. I then walked into the living room, where it was dark, and two lights came on, the tv came on, and the phone rang all at once. Scared the crap out of me!

My parents never believed me until recently when they turned my bedroom into a play room for my daughter. My mom and daughter were in my old room where they have a swivel rocker. They were playing Barbies and the chair did a 360, not once, but twice. My mom screamed for my dad, my daughter flew down the steps, and when my dad came up, it turned again.

I dont really know if this is a ghost encounter or not. I was asleep suddenly i heard dogs barking.I thought it was my neighbours dog. so i open my window and shooed the dog away. But there was no dog there.I heard running footsteps of dogs but there was no dog. From that day on i always hear dog wailing outside my house.I pass the stories on to my aunty.she decided to sleepover at my house and was scared of the dog noise.

No, but it be because I choose to reject the existence of spirits and ghosts.

As a skeptic, I would have to say that your experience was brought on by the death of your grandma and it affected you enough for you to see what you thought you saw.
