Get up at 6 am have a piece of toast and some orange juice and do a light jog of about 4 miles throwing punches along the way. About 10 am jump rope about 15 minutes, shadow box for about 10 minites and do some light exercises. Have a light lunch and about 1 pm hit the speed bag and then then heavy bag for about 10 minutes each followed by a 4 round sparring session, shower and call it a day. Do this for a week and increase your workouts to build stamina and endurance.
