I'm constantly looking in the mirror, it consumes most of my day if not all of it. I have been told that I look in the mirror too much. The only problems that I see is me...I don't like who I see looking back at me. Nothing I ever do looks good enough or right! Is there a name for this condition?

if you liked what you see then i would call it narcissism, bout when you mentioned that you don't like what you see, i'd call it a different kind of (minor) obsession. you just need to figure out what you don't like about what you see and start changing that a little bit at a time. make small improvements to startand as you get more comfortable make the changes more noticeable. if it's your weight, start by turning away from the mirror and walking for 20 minutes. you can spare 20 minutes out of he day. maybe 10 minutes is a better start for you, try it. get a different haircut, different job, new car, change the radio station, ANYTHING. if that's too much, change the mirror.

it might seem like a stupid idea, but it is a start if you have a square mirror, get a round one if it's a round mirror get a square one. it's not always the person in the mirror that you don't like, it's the image of that person. and a small adjustment, not even a full change can make all the difference in the world

I don’t know what your kinda problem is called. But I surely can tell you that what you are doing is not good for your self esteem. I think you should talk to a good friend who knows you as a person better than any one else in the world. When I say good friend, I mean a friend who would give you honest answers to your questions or doubts. Why don’t you ask your this good friend to tell you what he/she thinks about you. end of the day personality is what matters and not how a person looks like. I am sure in the process you will find something about you which is really nice and will give you confidence. No body is perfect but you will be perfect when u will start appreciating what you have with you. You never know, you may be having more than your share and you should be happy about it. Its very much there, you just need to identify it.
All the Best!
