U guys can argue about this all day...i'l give u guys a piece of my mind. I know Lebanese people living here who have gone back to their own country to save their families. they have run across the border to save their lives , at the same time fearing of being shot. As it is ,at the Syrian border, they are hassled, even more if theyre not Lebanese(due to strict regulations the guards havto follow) . Now tell me., why arnt the Israelists going back to get their families to save them. Cause theyre not under much of a threat...Most Israelists killed are SOldiers. Dont Soldiers die in war? Whats the huge cry abt? I mean c'mon ur the guys who are on the offence!
To those who think Nasrallah is a terrorist go ahead. Ur calling him one cuz u dont know wht his motives are. U think he's randomly firing rockets at Israel. Do your homework. Just cause hes guirella fighter and not from the government, hes a terrorist.
I'm not taking sides, but i'm definetly not with the Israelits. U say the Israelists are protecting themselves? Firing an odd 100 rockets isnt protecting urself...its destruction with out a bullseye. Look at Lebanon...it looks like a city that never xisted. And u ppl say theyre after Nasrallah. First find his xact location. ANd oh Israel if ur REAL target was Lebanon. u've done is good job bringing it down, because it surely looks like u wer after Lebanon more than Nasrallah.
If u want to know
If u want to know how much the people OUTSIDE Lebanon mourning and suffering chek this out

Gee rock princess.....thanks for the stats but you would make you case stronger if YOU cite the sources of your information. But, when people make claims of 1000 and 1 million without verifying at least some of it, people typically dismiss such claims.

I also read through the other people who answered you question. Seems these disparate individuals are presenting similar data....
That Hezbollah started the attack. They hide in the civilian buildings, send rockets into civilian sections of Israel, they don't wear military uniforms allowing them to blend (hide) among the civilians and .....well you can read the answer's.
And unfortunately for your side, I have been watching CNN and MNSBC reports on the current conflict and they report some of this information.

I am very well aware of the reported statistic in this conflict. Whether they are correct or not is the question. I suspect they aren't. Since the cowardly Hezbollah do not have uniforms they are counted as civilian. Israel still has the right to defend themselves. It Hezbollah keeps up their attacks, Israel has the right to take out all of Lebanon. Lebanon needs to step up their expulsion of the Hezbollah terrorists that is causing all of the deaths.

People are always harping on the fact that Israel did not start the war because 3 of their soldiers were kidnapped. That has not been an uncommon occurrence, and in the past Israel doles out a bit of punishment and, then, trades prisoners.
This time is out to indiscriminately destroy an entire country and its civilian population. International jurists out and out declare Israel as guilty of war crimes.
Israel is flat out wrong and is acting immorally.

I do not doubt you facts but here are some more facts. Hezbollah IS a terrorist militia......and they hide behind civillian lebanonese to fire their rockets at israeli targets. If the government of lebanon had enforced UN Resolution 1559 which was to disarm ALLmilitias in their country and for that matter told them to stay out of lebanon then we wouldn't be here typing would we? Israel is surrounded by the same ethnic people as they are the only difference is their religion, Israel has tried to be tolerant but for decades muslim extremeists have tried to exterminate them and teach hate to their children. How many israelis have died? The answer is not easy.but in this case Israel has gone ut of its way to spare civillians.........Ask Hezbollah why tey hide behind old women and children to fire their rockets or strap bombs to pregnant women and children and send them on buses filles with Arabs and israelis ........The Israelis are not like the united States .they are fighting foe their lives and their country......in this conflict I have to say at this point they are right.

The Lebanese children are suffering because of the people that run their Country. If the Lebanese Government were truly concerned for their people, they would stop supporting terrorist. Nobody is ok with kids being killed, and that goes for the all the children that are killed each year by terrorist groups like Hezbollah.
No, you don't have to be only American or Israeli for your opinion to be right, but in this case, I can totally understand why Israel is fighting so hard to stop these terrorist and I support them.

We all know that arab leadership lies through it's teeth, so I hope that answers your first question. Israeli leadership weighs it's words carefully, so as not to have them come back to haunt them

It's unfortunate that Lebanon has suffered as badly as it has, however it's own politicians knew perfectly well what Hezbollah was up to and did nothing to stop it. Undoubtedly, this is due to political sympathizers of Hezbollah. For Lebanon to support Hezbollah in it's attack on Israel is tantamount to releasing a caged badger in a room full of people. Of coarse someone will get hurt. This was the mistake of the Lebanese political leaders and know body else.

It's not a question of who's dead, as it is who started the war, and Arab dictatorships and terrorist groups ALWAYS start wars with Israel, because 1)They can't stand the concept of other religious faiths within their reach, and 2)They've been brainwahsed into believing that all their problems are caused by Jews for nearly a century. No matter how many concessions Israel has made towards peace, some fanatical Arab and/or Muslim has always tried to attack them.

Who is right, who is not. To day and for few centuries back , strength of weapons was and still predominant and justice is still absence and not adopted by big Powers. they worked for more than a century to cultivate Israel in this region to divide the Arab world who is still in deep sleep and silence, who was kept armless in such a way that they cannot as whole fight Israel, and you can Imagine the USA the only country who refused and rejected the seize fire plan in Italy last weak. while they know that only destruction from one side is going on, Hezbollah can not hurt Israel effectively. It is not only the matter of who is right and wrong , it is the absence of moral and character and human sole in the dominant power.
thank you
