Depending on where the hernia is. A hernia is a hole in the lining of your abdomen, mainly caused by over doing things after an Operation, which causes a weakness in the muscle wall. The only way to fix it is to have an operation, called a Hernia Repair. Don't leave it too long, go see a Doctor now as they can eventually rupture, causing all sorts of problems.
