I once saw a guy that had to pull up his pants every two steps. Of course instead of just pulling them all the way up he only raised them to about half way over his butt.

i understand you want the ladies to answer but i couldn't pass this one up. the funniest thing i ever saw was i guy running for the cops and getting away until his pants drop and he falls on his face and the cops Walk up to him and slap the cuffs on him. i agree they are clowns
