Go to a sauna & spend the next 48hrs there. Then when you come out make sure that you exercise for about 9 hours. dont sleep during this.

The 3 Day Diet
The 3 day diet plan - is a calorie limited diet over 3 days. There are claims that following it correctly, you can lose up to 10 lbs in 3 days. After the 3 days of dieting you should return to eating a normal healthy diet for at least four to five days, and you should not over eat.

This is based on chemical reactions so you have to eat everything -


Instructions:
Drink 4 glasses of water per day.
For additional flavoring you can add herbs, salt and pepper, lemon, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup to your foods.

DAY 1

BREAKFAST
Black Coffee or Tea (if required, with 1-2 packets of Sweet and Low or equivalent)
1/2 a Grapefruit or Juice
1 Slice of Toast with 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter

LUNCH
1/2 a Cup of Tuna
1 Slice of Toast
Black Coffee or Tea (if required, with 1-2 packets of Sweet and Low or equivalent)

DINNER
3 Oz. any lean red meat or chicken
1 cup each of
green beans
carrots
regular vanilla ice cream
1 apple


DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Black Coffee or Tea (if required, with 1-2 packets of Sweet and Low or equivalent)
1 Egg (boiled, scrambled, omlette)
1/2 a Banana
1 Slice of Toast

LUNCH
1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna
8 regular saltine crackers

DINNER
2 beef slices
1 cup of broccoli or cabbage
1/2 a cup carrots
1/2 a banana
1/2 a cup of regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 3
BREAKFAST
Black Coffee or Tea
5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz. cheddar cheese
1 apple

LUNCH
1 boiled egg
1 slice of toast
Black Coffee or Tea (if required, with 1-2 packets of Sweet and Low or equivalent)

DINNER
1 cup each of:
tuna
carrots
cauliflower
melon
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Eat nothing but fruit, (don't go mad) and drink nothing but unsweetened juice or water, and have a sauna on the last day - if you feel faint, the odd rice cake can be nibbled - i lost half a stone (7lbs) in 3 days Good luck

Drink tons of water (2-3 litres a day)

Only fruit, veg and cereal and milk and grilled fish or chicken.
3 meals a day only (not large meals)

Should be able to get it off in 3 days!

That's virtually impossible. Just keep walking and doing alot of exercises and cut out sugar and fat. Eat fruit and veg anddrink gallons of water

You can't lose 5 lbs of fat, only water, but a 3-day detox is fine if you don't mind putting it all back on again afterwards.

Drink lots of water and eat light...........(don't starve yourself though) just no junk.....

You should lose your water weight which should be about 5lbs but it's going to be just water weight you are losing...

it wont be permanent at all, but if you want to try cut out all carbs from your diet, eat only low fat proteins. drink alot of water and cut sodium out of your diet. like i said it wont be permanent but it will help temporary
