Have you loaded the USB installer or rather have you loaded all the programmes on the disc?
If yes then reinstall the programmes but this time choose "repair"!

I have never used that phone before, but the phone I have you can picture mail your pitcture to your email. Where you put the phone number to send the pic you put your email. The picture should go to your email account. Hope it works.
