Yes, you can pray to Mary, but not worship her.
Ask her to pray to her son Jesus that he may grant you the grace to be a loyal and loving disciple of Jesus as she was. You can ask her to pray for you to God that you may devote your life and do the Father's will as she did.

Not necessary, pray to God whole heartedly like talking to someone who is really special. You can also share him your deepest darkest secret. He will never fails... He is always there to help us all.

ITS NOT RIGHT TO PRAY TO MARY. YOU MUST BE CATHOLIC. ONLY CATHOLICS PRAY TO MARY, WHICH THEIR NOT SUPPOSE TOO. SHE CANT ANSWER PRAYER, SHE HAS NO POWERS.
