The trinity was established in early church Tradition. It is not in the Bible. Asking me to prove what dead people believed is asinine.

While the Bible doesn't use the word "trinity," it does teach the concept.
The Father is God (Ephesians 4:6).
The Son is God (Matthew 1:22-23).
The Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4).
However:
The Father is not the Son (Luke 22:42).
The Son is not the Holy Spirit (John 14:16).
The Holy Spirit is not the Father (Luke 11:13).
The concept is difficult to understand, but it isn't a "recent addition" to Christian beliefs, added to "early tradition"; it's always been a part of the Bible.

The word "trinity" is not in the bible. But, The Father, The Son, and, The Comforter or Holy Spirit, you will find in John 14.

Matthew 28:19 (NKJV)
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Deut. 6:4 (NKJV)
"Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!
1 Kings 8:60 (NKJV)
that all the peoples of the earth may know that the Lord is God; there is no other.
1 Cor. 12:3-6 (NKJV)
Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit. [4] There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. [5] There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. [6] And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.
_______
Jesus is God, the Holy Spirit is God, God the Father is God...and they are all ONE.
Trinity: 3 yet one. Three distinct personas yet one God.
The word Trinity is not found in the Bible. It is a word that was first used by Theophilus (A.D. 168-183), or from the Lat. trinitas, first used by Tertullian (A.D. 220), to express this doctrine.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trinity This will explain the origination's of the Trinity. It is simply a way of saying God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. thus Trinity. Instead of saying all three names we got lazy, thus the Holy Trinity.

The trinity is apparent throughout the bible. Jesus said he would send his spirit to be with us after we die. God said he sent his Son down to heaven, who was 100% God, so they are all three in one. It's very long, and very complicated if you want to get into the details of it. Books and books have been written on it.

It was invented by the Nicene Council in 325 CE and is based on forged bible passages. But, since they also invented the bible, I suppose they could forge whatever they wanted.

The clearest verses (to me) are in 1 Corinthians. Paul Talks about: (Verses 4-6)
1. God descibed as the Head. The main Boss
2. Lord (Jesus) Rules over positions in the Church
3. The Spirit who gives gifts to preform the postion directed by God.
Verse 12 talks about differnt units but the same body like Christ.
1 Corinthians 12
Spiritual Gifts
1Now about spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be ignorant. 2You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols. 3Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
4There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.
7Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues,[a] and to still another the interpretation of tongues.[b] 11All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.
12The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.

First is explanation:
TRINITY is defined as "A three-fold personality existing in one divine being or substance; the union in one God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as three infinite co-equal, co-eternal persons as; one God in three persons."
The word "Trinity" is never found in the Bible.
KJV BIBLE)There are 3 that protestants claim about the trinity; they're JOHN 14 & 15 and 1JOHN 5:7. To start out 1JOHN 5:7 was never in any of the inspired Greek manuscripts; so this knocks out one. As for John 14 & 15; the Greek word for "helper" is paracletos; one who helps inwhich points to the Holy spirit. In Greek, the word "He" is neuter such as "hand" is feminine whether it is a woman's hand or male's hand. As for the word "paracletos" it is masculine and always require a masculine pronoun. This however doesn't prove personhood as you've noticed.
But as you've noticed, these texts don't prove Jesus is God or the Holy Spirit.
I don't believe in the TRINITY! The Bible texts that I'm going to mention contradict the Trinity teaching.
MATT.12:32 "AND WHOSOEVER SPEAKETH A WORD AGAINST THE SON OF MAN, IT SHALL BE FORGIVEN HIM: BUT WHOSOEVER SPEAKETH AGAINST THE HOLY GHOST, IT SHALL NOT BE FORGIVEN HIM, NEITHER IN THIS WORLD, NEITHER IN THE WORLD TO COME."
JOHN 14:28 "IF YE LOVED ME, YE WOULD REJOICE, BECAUSE I SAID , I GO UNTO THE FATHER: FOR MY FATHER IS GREATER THAN I."
1COR.11:3 "BUT I WOULD HAVE YOU KNOW THAT THE HEAD OF EVERY MAN IS CHRIST; & THE HEAD OF THE WOMAN IS THE MAN; AND THE HEAD OF CHRIST IS GOD."
LUKE 18:19 "AND JESUS SAID UNTO HIM, WHY CALLEST THOU ME GOOD? NONE IS GOOD, SAVE ONE, THAT IS, GOD."
****SEVERAL OTHER TEXTS SAY THERE'S ONLY TWO PERSONS:
1COR.1:3; 8:6; 1TIM.1:2; 2:5; GAL.1:3; PHILIPP.1:2; ROM.1:7; 2COR.1:2-3; 1THESS.1:1; 2THESS.1:2; 2TIM.1:2; PHILEMON 1:3; 1PETER 1:3; 2PETER 1:2; 1JOHN 1:3; 2JOHN 1:3.
Now touching on the HOLY SPIRIT; the Holy Spirit is a power(Luke 1:35= "And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the "Son of God.") where God and Jesus make their presence known in the hearts and minds of believers(1John 3:24 = "And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us."). The believers of god and Jesus will have this love poured on them (Rom.5:5 = "And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given to us.") It will teach them understanding and wisdom of God's Word (John 14:16,17,20,23,26 = "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. At that day ye shall know that I am in the Father, and ye in me, and I in you. Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.") Jesus had the Holy Spirit in him when he made the lame walk and the deaf to hear and etc.(Luke 5:15-17) God works in our minds to give us stength to overcome (Genesis 6:3 = "And the Lord said, my Spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.") Other texts are: John 7:38-39; Rom.8:11,13-14,16 and Psalm 104:30.
Trinity proven false: How can Jesus be God and God Jesus; that would means that Jesus was spirit and flesh when he was on earth like most churches claim. (1John 4:1; 2John 1:7)
How can Jesus be God and talk to himself? Very Unbiblical!

Jesus Christ is not God (he was figuratively God in the Old Testament; the spokesperson for God) = John 1:1. When he came here on earth; he gave up all his power to become 100% flesh. Then after his death; he became figuratively God again.

Now where did this pagan theology of Trinity came along?
It was from Tertullian. See the website below and look under heading Trinity in this article.
