1. eat right - fruits and veggies should be the main portion of your meal
2. stop drinking coffee at noon - caffine stays in your system for at least 10 hrs.
3. stop IMs about a 1/2 hr. before bed - read, watch tv, or listen to music your system needs to unwind
4. go to bed earlier
5. don't overtire yourself in the day
6. if you take naps only take then for about 20 min. it gives you an energy boost - if you take them any longer your brain thinks they are equal to a full night's rest
7. eat breakfast - it's the most impt. meal of the day
8. don't skip meals
9. eat every 4 to 6 hours
10. if that doesn't help go see your doctor

Get into a regular bedtime rountine. Do the same thing every night before you go to sleep. It might help to be a bit more active, too.
And, of course, you can always use a loud alarm XD.

Drink some coffee eat a donut, run around the block, get that blood circulating. If that don't help Try eat a go harty brakefast.

Walk around and take a shower then eat some breakfast maybe some coffee with lots of sugar will perk you up!!

Try sleeping with some ketchup smeared in your sheets. The tomato smell will make you wake up (and clean).

dont eat after 730pm set your alarm for 5am to much sleep makes you tired as well
