The only CDT i know stands for carbohydrate-deficient transferrin. It is a serum protein which is a marker of liver disease associated with alcohol abuse.

CDT could be Clostridium Difficile toxin, it is a exotoxin produced by the c. difficile bacterium in the digestive tract that causes severe diarrhea and inflammation of the large intestine that can prove fatal if left untreated
