Cherry Frizzante recipe?

Does anyone know how to make a Cherry Frizzante? It's a drink the Olive Garden used to have (not sure they have it anymore), and it tasted like a chocolate covered cherry.

Frizzante is a wine not sure but I think they added cherry juice to it.

The waiter we had gave us the ingredients, but don't know amounts of each:
Martini & Rossi Asti (a sparkling wine)
Hiram Walker Creme de Cacao
Cherry and Vanilla Syrups (I found Torani brand at World Market)
If anyone can figure out the correct quantities, I'd also be interested.
