Reduce your caloric intake to 1000 calories a day but dont do it by not eating, you need to eat more to lose weight, just limit your portion sizes. Get a calorie counter or buy a notebook and write everything down. Buy foods with the least amount of fat and calories in them.
Exercise a lot, get a gym membership and spend at least 1 & 1/2 hours on the stair stepper and workout bike each! Put those machines on the fat burner cycle or the the highest settings there is. Always stretch good before and after working out and drink plenty of water. Always drink plenty of water when trying to lose weight, drink at least 2 liters a day and dont drink it all at once drink it throughout the the day.
Also, get a multivitamin package and take 3 pills a day, preferablly in the morning, so there is no nutrional deficiences from the reduced caloric intake. If you reduce your caloric intake to less then around 1200-1500 calories a day there can be problems. The vitamins will ensure there is no problems.

its not healthy to lose so much weight in such a short time. if you lose it in a week you will most likely regain it in three days. don't eat stuff that you think might have a lot of calories in them or if you do eat them in very small portions as a snack. allow yourself three or four small meals a day. eat whenever you're hungry but don't overeat. eat just until you feel satisfied. don't eat after 9:00 your metabolism slows down and you'll keep weight. Exercise for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day or every other day to keep fit. you actually lose weight, stay fit and healthy and even become happier (endorphins) when you exercise. and it helps keep the weight off find an exercise you like doing. there is one for everybody! hope that helps!

The only way I know you can "loose" that much in a week is to get food poisoning....
The ONLY thing that sheds the pounds and keeps them off is a healthy diet and daily exercise. Yes, cutting down portion sizes will help, but to really lose weight, you need that AND the cardio.
Listen to your answers: we're all saying it's nearly impossible and unhealthy to lose that much weight so quickly. Weight loss takes time and patience. You didn't gain that weight over a week, and you're not going to lose it over a week.

No, spent the better part of my life digging around with the weight issue and have found nothing that works better than diet and exercises and patience. If you find a way to shed those 15 pounds in a week, it will be back with a vengeance and than some before you know it..

You can't. It's recommended you only lose 2 pounds a week. I lost 14 pounds and it took me a month.... and I was hungry, and I did suffer a diet... so not gonna happen for you, sorry. Besides, with weight loss that extreme (10 - 15 a week) you would get stretch marks because you do if you lose weight too quick, and you would get saggy and be very old looking. Take it slow.

You CANNOT do this safely. One pound of fat is 3500 calories, which is about what one can consume in a day. So even if you eat NADA for a whole week, you only lose about 7 pounds of body weight.
And the problem is that it won't all be fat-- you'll be losing
organ and muscle tissue, because the diets are not fully protein-sparing.
One pound a week is about the most that you can safely drop.
And that's a caloric differential of 500 per day, more spent than consumed.

Eating several small meals during the day (healthy meals!) and at least 20 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise will help with weight loss but not at that rate.

You ABSOLUETLY ought to no longer circulate alongside with one in all those "tricks". Your physique is a lot greater complicated than eating some nutrition recurring juice or taking some pill. dropping weight takes time, and that sucks. What you will desire to do is exchange your nutrition recurring to meals intense in antioxidants and supplementations. Drink greater water than you may stand--it makes a super distinction. as quickly as your physique is rid of the flaws it does not decide on, you may lose the burden with (i hate to declare) solid excercise. Your physique is the only one you have, so handle it with know, and have a sprint endurance.
