There is no "healthy way to loose that much weight that fast. The unhealthy ways are probably anything you would see on the Lifetime Movie Network...laxatives, not eating, diuretics (loose water weight). Be aware that although the weight may come off fast, the body will adjust to prevent something like this from happening again, so when you do decide to eat again or return to a normal diet, your body will probably save more energy in the form of adipose tissue. Another problem with starvation diets is that in the later stages of starvation, your body starts to digest its own proteins (i.e. YOUR MUSCLES). Please seek the advice of you doctor before trying any drastic diets. The safest way to lose weight is to eat balanced healthy diet and exercise.

No tricks what you put in is what form on your body

as we get older dont need as much food just the right food
get a hobby to pre occupi your self. like exercise walk run bike or worry( this may cause cancer)
there is no magic quick fix no pill no shot
its only you and you alone.
if you cant do it than accept your weight and you cant change it

nope...eating in small portions in the long run is bad for you. it may increase your metabolism which helps burn fat, but it also increases your hearts strain, and in the end cause u to have a shorter life span. I suggest just excersizing frequently, (you'll know when frequently is when you are literally pouring sweat, )and dieting, uh...have 1 hard-boiled egg in the morning, a VERY small bowl of rice with some vegetables for lunch and dinner. if ur desperate, just eat one whole raw cucumber for lunch, and one for dinner with the egg 4 breakfeast and then exersizing. its best to excersize in the morning, rather then the afternoon since you are more active in the morning, and so you become less tired and so can burn more fat.
