Stop taking medicine everytime you have something wrong with you. Let your body try to fend off whatever it is for a while first. This will help to build your immune system.

Natural immunity, meaning you are not going to be vaccinated? I think the only way to get natural immunity without being vaccinated is to actually catch the disease, then your body learns how to build antibodies to it for the future. Other than that you can keep your immune system strong with adequate sleep, a good diet with green leafy vegetables, water, no smoking and very little drinking. I find garlic helps.

You cannot develop resistance to all illnesses naturally, but for a lot you can fortify yourself. Eat right, take extra vitamins and minerals if necessary, and most importantly, expose yourself to other peopl and the outside world. The more you shut yourself in, the less restistance you build up. Try not to overdress, but keep busy outdoors when it is cold.Lower the heating at night.
Good luck!

You have a natural immunity. What you may want to do is to make it stronger or make sure that it does not weaken. Two important things: No smoking and no drugs. Alcohol intake as low as possible. Eat balanced meals, exercise. Avoid junk food. Lots of vegetables and fruits. I have heard that it helps to have an active mental life: study, read. Have your place and your self clean and nice. Good hygiene is important.

the way alot of immunity is built up is by small injections of the live virus that can be killed by the immune system generating antibodies that protect should that illness be encountered again, that and catching and surviving illness

by exposure in daily life to bugs and germs builds up immunity, thats how our immune systems work, when it get into your system t-cells surround and destroy invading viruses etc, covering it so tightly it forms the shape of the organism, next time it invades the system it is recognized and switched off.

first, get a sample of that bacteria of which u want to be immune..
for example.. get a sample of a weakened flu virus, put it in a syringe, then inject it in your body..
sooner, you will have a bit fever: it means antibodies work to detect this kind of desease and try to attack and eventually stop it from contaminating you.
so that's why babies are really given attention to have vaccine injections../heh ^_^
hope that helps

Through your baby in a sewer and let her play with the pigs. This worked wonders on all of my newborns and they all grew up to be SuperHumanBeings.
