In the morning. Your seretonin levels are much lower then. You dont need it while you sleep so taking it at night is not worth it.

So far nothing bad has happend to me i sleep better, i eat now, but i still have dark days. So i don't know if the depression has gone but i am not going back on them. Hope you feel better soon well actually you won't but take care. Remember take one day at a time cause this does really work. Thing about tomorrow when you get there.

My doctor said to always take it in the morning. Most importantly is to take it at the same time every day. He recommended not to vary more than an hour either side of the time I establish for taking it.

the same time every day, what ever best suits you, though when you get up in the morning with your breakfast is as good as any as taking them late a night for a while can disrupt your sleep

My son takes it in the morning because it was easier and his dose is higher to get through the day you don't need it so much in the evening because you should be sleeping so it wears off as you sleep.

The doctor should have told you by prescription when to take it. If not, ask. Some people take at night and some in the morning.

In the morning, at noon, again at dinner and just before you go to bed. Then again if you wake up in the night.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice about medication---not freaks on Yahoo Answers.

i would ask your doctor who prescribed it i think most people take during their waking hours during the day (morning) if you work nite shift then the opposite would be true but checking with your doctor would be your best bet.

In the morning as they can increase energy levels, so keep you awake at night.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist. I would guess that most YA answerers are only experts at recreational drugs :-)
