The above question may sound different but it's common but even a matured man of 34 like me still can't identify what love is as i feel i have fallen in love with my 17 year old sis in law who is very different from my wife whom i married through a proposal.
Coming to the subject ....now im really mad over my sis in law that i think it cud affect my professional, personal and health life and lead me to suicide some day as im really really in love with her or shud i say obsessed, infatuated or just a crush...pls help me to come out of this mess....

This is not love ....first off....it is infatuation, there is a huge difference. The feelings are real enough but only because you let them be there, you have the door open still. Time to close it and keep this nonsense out. Look at yourself closely, take time alone to do this. Talk to a councellor.

definately, go for councelling. You know this infatuation you have is not good for you, in your saner moments, make sure that you get an appointment booked with a counsellor to sort out your enfatuation.

Start off by looking at anything slightly off-putting about her and exaggerate it. keep seeing and associating her with these off-putting images.

You need help. Seek it through a professional counsellor now!

The best thing for u to do my dear is simply put her aside, you married one for a reason, remember that reason! focus your passion on HER instead of her sister.
