The lady doth protest too much methinks!
Seriously, without trying to sound really really mean you were secondary. The fact that his wife found out means that it isn't likely he will see you anymore. Even though he cares about you, his feelings for her obviously are still there.
You said he was a good guy, but you didn't really explain why he was cheating on his wife in the first place. The fact that he cares so much about her feelings may mean that he cheated on her without provocation and therefore is not such a good guy after all.
Many women have been the other woman at some time or another, it hurts to play the secondary role. The wife will always come first, and therefore it is likely that is will not be calling you again.
The only advice I can give is to find someone who is available to you next time. You deserve more than someone else's leftovers.

First off, he will never leave his wife for you. It's a hard reality but true. He seems to be a somewhat sincere person to consider you and his wife's feelings, even if it means leaving you alone to spare his wife. I think you may talk to him again but, if it came down to you vs. the wife, the wife would win hands down. Even though you may have feelings for this man, it's best to back out and spare your feelings.

Dont be silly, if he wont talk to you for those reasons its an indication of how flimsy the thing was. There are nice people out there and you sell yourself short wasting time on a married person. But good luck all the same.

he won't leave his wife and you will get really hurt-if you are not already...
give his family a chance...
in the end you will be the "s-l-u-t" and he will be the poor victim...
listen to me,he will never stop loving his wife even if he is in love with you...

hey who are you kidding....this guy is married and yet he's having a relationship with you which in my prediction will soon end up in a major heartbreak...just try to move on....look for someone who isn't married for example...think about their kids if they have any should he even decide to leave them for you...think of the wife and place yourself in her shoes...would you seriously allow something like this to happen to your marriage?
