If you squeeze the bump, a white center will come out. If you don't get it all out, it will bleed a little, but that doesn't do you any good. You have to get it ALL out, or it will just come back in the same spot. You'll know when it's all out because it will bleed a lot more.
Just keep in mind that the white center and the fluid that comes out with it, has the virus, and it will spread easily. You need to wear gloves if at all possible, and it's important to clean the area with alcohol before and after you pop it. If you don't, you can spread it to your hands and the areas surrounding the molluscum spots you already have.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TREATMENTS FOUND ON THE INTERNET!!! If you go to a dermatologist, chances are this is what they are going to do. If you go to your family physician, they will probably just tell you to wait it out because it can go away on its own within a few months to a year.
