delilah is right only cover him up with a dark towel or so to prevent him from singing and to get his rest--he needs it.

Molting is a natural process...just leave him alone. I would up his calcium intake for the new incoming feathers. Give him a bit of hard boiled egg..other than that there isn't anything you can do but wait and clean up the feathers. LOL
