I've asked this sort of question last week and got no answers. I'm looking for the stats for animal-based tainted food that caused hospitalization, gastrointestinal illnesses and deaths. This is for my nonfiction articles on why fish, dairy/produce, meat/beef/pork and poultry are bad for you.
