For example, I've played a video file (AVI,WMV,etc...).
Is there a software that records the video plus the audio included in the video....
i tried aca capture & snagit but they did not work.

ACA Capture & Snag It only records the video. There is no sound.

You can also try windows media encoder, a free download that will allow you to do take active screenshots as well live internet broadcasts from your computer.

Total recorder will capture the audio from anything that goes thru your sound card. use that along with snag iot or whatever else and then combine em using a video editing program.

try lionstudio .. or macromedia captivate ..
or camtasia .. thy are great softwares for caputring activities on monitors..
