After a slightly late night party one of my neighbours knocked on my door and asked us to turn the music down, we apologised and aid we would turn it down.

Obviously he'd been building up a bit of a temper while thre music was pretty loud and he started mouthing of a bit flashed his badge threated seizure of the equipment within 5 minutes then left.

Is he allowed to use his badge in such a way?

I would have thought if he was going to use that he would have to be a police officer to the letter, not swearing or using random threats.

Since disturbing the peace is a misdemeanor violation, yes, he could use his badge. The foul language and attitude, however, is extremely unprofessional.

Swearing and lossing thier temper would be about right for anyone who was woke up in the middle of the night,

Many officers live rent free for the duty to be security of the apartment building. and are woke up many times for issues like this.

And no matter what it looks like on cops, if you chase someone, or if someone is being disrespectful, cops are people to.

And yep you wake up a angry cop be lucky you did not go to jail that night

You know why you haven't met a reasonable officer yet Pops, because at the first sight of one you start mouthing off your moronic little coward speech. From what you keep putting on here, I don't think you ever will either
