Yes you would be loved an accepted as christian, an you will have a great family of brother an sisters throughout the world. You would be confirmed an baptized. an there would be a massive party in Heaven with all the Angels singing an dancing an totally loving you in making the decision.

What for? Any religion sets rules and constraints. Christianity as a religion, as many others, has done so much damage that it doesn't deserve more adepts. Follow Jesus Christ's example of life and you will realize you can live without the formality of religion. Its all about spirituality rather than religiosity. Budhism seems to me the most rewarding of all personal spiritual quest. And if you married a christian, don't change religion for that, just accept his and have him accept yours if you have one and can't part from it.

Being married does not make one or prevent one being a christian but on the basis of his faith and the believe that you really want to convert to be a christian. In other words if you trurly want to be a christain nothing is stopping you in this world.

Yes. Just start by saying that Jesus Christ is your saviour and you believe in him. At least you'll be a christian at heart if not publically. Then try to find a church in India.
Jesus be with you

Any Individual has the right to choose his religion.
It should be in good faith and not for any advantage.
In India you are free to choose your religion since you are married please take up the new religion together with your spouse so that it will not bring any problems and confusions to you and your children in future.

ANYONE whose heart truly believes that Jesus is their saviour and understands that there is no way to heaven except through Jesus - is a Christian.
