Don't even think about doing that. You'll have commited a crime and will go to jail. Tolerence is a good thing. Also consider relocating.

Better off to Napalm the place then move in with flame throwers. When this is done cover the place in 10 ft of concrete. That might work but i'd still keep an eye on the place for a few months.

A lot of them are allergic to soap. Try that. If that fails, get your community to pool together to hire a digger to block the entrance/exit to the halting site with a boulder. We do this whenever they come too close 4 our liking and they move quick! They don't like being restricted.

Gypsies have a way of getting back at you for things like that, and they are notorious for holding grudges as a group. You might create a bigger problem than you think you are going to solve.

I know how you feel, just be careful you don't get caught!!! Use an explosive that will only damage a small area which they are in- don't want to hurt anyone else!
