Nobody knows yet - you'll have to wait until the first show of this season.
Lucas' mom is pregnant. The pregnency test could belong to pretty much anybody - they didn't really single anybody else out. Everyone had "news" to tell someone else.
God I hope Nathan doesn't die - that would be cruel. Especially on his wedding day and so close after losing Keith (RIP).

From what I heard, Cooper does die. I can't remember if I heard right but I think it's either Brooke or Rachel that's pregnant. I don't know.
