If so, do they live up to the claims made about them, i.e. improves posture, tones the body, reduces stress on knee and hip joints?
Does anyone know where I can purchase them real cheap? I'd love to get a pair, but can not afford them. :(

Thats a great question, I have been interested in them too, but also cannot afford them. I suppose I am more choosing not to afford them, maybe they are worth the cash...

They are awesome. In two weeks, I lost an inch in my thighs and two inches in my hips. I feel awesome and my lower back pain is gone. I even sleep better. They are worth the huge price tag but if you cannot afford them, your only chance is to get a pair on ebay. Do research on the styles though because some run small and some don't. I have the orange lows sport and I had to buy them in 1/2 size larger, but my sport high's are my normal size.

Finding them "cheap" is unlikely, unless someone is selling their wornout shoes on eBay or something. The going rate is $198 - $265 which is about 4 times more than I have ever paid for a pair of shoes. Here is a list of online vendors sorted by price:
