lots of muslim women in lebanon, syria, dubai and most muslim countries walk with stapless t-shirts and even shorts.
why is this?

Thank goodness they are doing that! Maybe it will be a start to their true freedom, and an end to their ridiculous rituals subjected on them by men.

They're probably not sick of Islam just the dress code. If all the arab countries started dressing in modern clothing there would be less fighting. Those hot robes in the 100+ degree weather makes you irritable and ready to snap.
