With a light dumbell (to start), hold your right arm above your head. Put your left arm up over your head and your left hand into nook of your right arm at elbow for support... Slowly lower bottom half of right arm straight back, and back up again. Keep repeating this in counts of 10 or so to start and increase as it starts to get easier. This helped me tone the back part of my upper arms after losing some weight.

While there is no one exercise that will slim your arms. There's a lot you can do. If you need to lose fat, a calorie deficit is what you are looking for. The ONLY way to lose fat is to take in less calories or burn more. As you lose fat your arms will become slimmer. If you want to tone up the muscles there I recommend dips. You can do them off the front of a chair. Done by holding to the front of chair and bending your arms as you lower yourself towards the floor, then pushing your body weight back up to the seat.....The best there is for sculpting tricep muscles...good luck

I knew someone who owned a parriot (bird) and she would always have the bird sitting on her wrist which she had to keep her arm up at all times. Even when at the computer. So if you can picture it her albow is raised and so anyhow she started to notice musle building in the one arm. She decided to start switching every day so the other arm would start to get a musle. As stupit as it sounds she started to flap her arms everyday for the bird. And she started to see her arms lose weight and musle build up. those birds cost alot so maybe you can use something else in replace. About the arm flapping? Well i would do that just at home. But it worked for her. GL

Swimming will definitely tone up your arms. You can't really spot-tone specific areas, though, so it will also tone up the rest of you!
