you have to work out, work on yours abs good luck its takes months to do. i did over 200 situps a day thats helped but you got to push yourself to keep it up once you have it or you easily loose it

It takes commitment!!!! Lots of work and once you get it, there is the maintenance part. No idea what exists around your middle? If your young, in pretty good shape its a matter of tailoring your workouts to include more crunches, sit-ups, legs lifts plus some abdominal machine stuff at the gym. If your an over the hill geek like me, it takes attention to diet, patience, lots of work, patience, and all of the above. The maintenance part is critical because at my age(57), what you don't use will go away quicker then a snowflake in the dessert.
