The best way to describe it to you is the penis is in the vagina, they only have one urethra so they pee out of that. There is a blending of the sex organs, not 2 separate sets. They are said to have an enlarged clitoris or a micro penis. They are called hermaphrodites. They medical term is ambiguously gendered.

A Hermaphrodite is what it is called when you are born with both sexes. Most cases a male is born with ovaries yet has the male penis. And a girl is usually born with the penis embedded inside. Very rarely are they disfigured but when they are they do blood work decide which hormone is highest and they make the child that sex. This is a rare problem but in any case it can be overcome with medical technology. If born without a area to pee from, one is created.

When a child is born with both genitalia, a genetic test is done to determine the actual sex of the child. If it is male, they reconstruct genitalia to allow the child to look and function as a male, same with female.

they are called hermaphrodites if I spelled it correctly. Sometimes the doctors let the parents choose which I think is insane as the child hasn't metally developed yet. in the 80s it let to a lot of screwed up kids .
