No one knows.
In fact, we are not even sure when humans gained the power of speech. Some people have suggested languages such as Egyptian and Sumerian, but these were the first languages used by human civilizations. Certainly humans had been speaking various languages in various parts of the world long before those great civilizations arose.
Therefore, the only answer to this question is: No one knows. Asking this question is the same as asking who was the first person to make a fire. If someone claims to know, they are lying (unless they have a time machine.)

First language could mean an other thing than some of the given answers tell. Mandarin is spoken by more people that any other language. Spanish is the second largest language.

Some think it may have been something like the clicking language a few African communities still use.
One of the first words was probably "papa", this is the only word that's still in use in almost all languages worldwide nowadays. It's no proof ofcourse. but funny to know.

We don't know! Language predates all historical records.
"No one yet agrees on when language was first used by humans (or their ancestors). Estimates range from about two million (2,000,000) years ago, during the time of Homo habilis, to as recently as forty thousand (40,000) years ago, during the time of Cro-Magnon man."

The furthest back we can probably go would be some form of Hebrew since the Jews were the first people on earth according to the bible.
