I think what you mean are the tiny specks of blood that you sometimes see in an egg.
It is perfectly safe to eat.

Its actually not that uncommon. You just can't usually buy them in the grocery store. We raise chickens, and get an egg like that once every couple weeks or so. If the eggs were fertilized, they would be twins. It's completely safe, just remember that it is like eating two eggs, since the yolk is the part of the egg that is most accounted for in nutrition information. You're getting twice the colesterol! Also, I wouldn't recomend using it in baking, because it might mess up the ratios, and your recipe could possibly turn out wrong.

I have cracked open eggs for years and never seen this. Are you using a magnifying glass? Am I blind or what? Eggs from a regular store like Safeway? Never have I seen black specks in any egg....

These are obviously not hens eggs, however if they are similar in size and shape they sound as if they are the eggs of the world famous Scottish Haggis, within the last few years they have built up a huge export business with America and I understand are very popular as well as being delicious.

the black speck you are talking about is a speck of blood it means the egg was fertilized and actually sat on a while before being taken away from the hen,

Do yourself a favor, don't eat those eggs anymore. I am a store manager and the health inspector tells me about these thing. He recently came in and I asked him your question. He said don't eat the eggs it is mold growing in the eggs. You could get sick.
Best bet buy a different brand of eggs.
