Who says htere are three kings? The Kings bear three gifts, but how many Kings were there?

I presume you are referring to the kings that visited baby Jesus. The Bible just calls them 'wise men'. We don't really know how many of them there were, we assume there were only three as there were three gifts. In all probability they were astrologers who had see an unusual sign in the sky and decided that a king had been born. Wise men still seek Jesus today.
