i keep having headaches and dizzyness sometimes nausea everyday for 1 month i dun feel ear pain but a few years ago i got a hole in my ear after that whenever water gets in i will have infection. i m very bothered and worry am i having brain tumor/cancer?

The ear piercing might be due to an infection; keep it dry and bandaged.
Having headaches, dizzy spells and nausea for such a long time definitely warrants a visit to a doctor; you shouldn't wait any longer.
