I play tennis 4 times a week two or more hours at a time. It tones up everything, I feel great and am stronger than Lot of 20-30 yr olds , I am 47. I eat fruit everyday and protein in meat, drink and any other form available. I also have a very active life which keeps me moving from sun up till sun down. Sweat alto it makes you keep up the energy burn and challenge your ability, you are better than you think you are, never give up, never quit, never stop trying, ever!
