does anyone out there know of any off strret lenders for tenants that dont do credit checks? i need to borrow £15000 for a buy to let.

its highly unlikely that you will get an unsecured loan for £15000 without a credit check.

I dont think many creditors favour tenants, they prefer homeowners as they are more credit worthy and are more financially stable, literally (as many homeowners they will not just up and go without a trace).

Watch TV during the afternoon, there are lots of different companies offering there services, alternatively use yellow pages. Whatever you do don't use loan sharks are you'll end up paying quadruple

Are you sure you want it unsecurred? We took a 17000 loan out with our bank, a month later my husband was made redundant, this was the only time we took a loan out unsecurred, now we're forking out 200 quid a month.

basically you're asking about loan sharks who will charge you horendous interest rates. Do yourself a favour and go to a regulated lender.

its pointless to take a loan out to put down as deposit on a buy to let mortgage....u should borrow from ur family...
