First, check your spelling before submitting the question. So you mean "When a lady...". Goes where? In bedroom? Yeah, I fully agree. But that would be "Goes in" and not "Goes out". I am somewhat confused.

*If* it genuinely makes her feel good, yes. If it's to make someone else feel good later, again, I'd say yes but only if making them feel good is going to make her feel good too.
