i've had crushes on so many women in life, but ive never had a girlfriend. im 26 now& have been turned down by so many girls that ive lost count. Girls seem to go out with guys that always tend to hurt them, then get them pregnant, then leave them. i am very confident& am happy to be myself, and im proud that im a nice guy whose sensitive and i love playing sports. The weird thing is, after girls get hurt, they like guys like me to look after their kid etc, its just not fair, why do they prefer me 2nd best until they get hurt? why should i take 'em after they initially rejected me? why couldnt they choose me 1st?

Well personally i can honstly say that i am mosyt deffinatly not the type of woman to turn down a nice chap such as yourself for a hard faced bloke who most deffinatly thinks that he is god gift to women!
But allot of girls love the feeling of not knowing whats coming next and they love the thrill of it all the excitement etc. SO dont worry all the girls are not like that, also i think that they tend to see you as a great friend,someone they can rely on on times of need and whom they can talk to etc, because you are so kind and tend not ot say no when they do ask for your help, they keep you in there heart but only has a friend.
Have you told her exacly how you feel about how she is with you and how you feel that you would like her to be etc? maybe you should try to talk to her about it and see what she says.

I know how you feel I date allot but haven't had a real girlfriend in a very long time. I also blame it on the fact that I'm very caring,understanding, trustful and intelligent. They do seem to pick the worst of guys to be with, and then to see them hurt because of it sucks. The only thing I've ever wanted in life was a family to enjoy my time with, but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen. Most females have very low self esteems so they pick guys that are at the bottom of the rung thinking that's all they can get. Even though I date allot I can't keep them because they say I'm to good for them. Good Luck.

Often the girls who let themselves be mistreated like that have lower levels of self-confidence, and don't let themselves believe that anyone better could really like them. In general, their abusive first boyfriends promulgate that notion and do their best to reinforce it, telling them there's nowhere else to go, nobody else will accept them, so they should just shut up and stay with them.
It's a sad situation, and it's one reason why I always say it's best to not start dating until you're confident in who you are, and what you're looking for, so you won't accept a bad situation like that.

I often think of this delimma too, my friend. I aquate it to the same thing as smoking and drinking. Why would you smoke if it kills you and why would you drink if it turns you into a total jerk? The answer is they are stupid and don't know any better, so I would avoid someone who doesn't know what's best for them, and hope they get hit crossing the street when they don't look both ways, thinking the driver will stop if they see them.

yep i know what you are saying bloke mybe they are are just only searshing for excitment at the the excitement at the start of the relationship but maybe without themselfs knowing it change later during the relationship without knowing it,which also could be one of the reasons why they change their charactors after a certain time these day's.
