could be mild depression....if you have the time, do some volunteering, or do an evening/part time course on something that really interests you.
If there are underlying reasons for your feeling like this, you should see a professional counsellor.

Though you have not disclosed your full identity, I can still try to help you out. What is the nature of your work? Are you really tired and do you need rest? or are you not sufficiently engaged in any productive work? Do you have economic self sufficiency and feel work is not necessary? Are you given to easy-going lifestyle?
It's rather strange that you find life dull. Life as the very word has it is full of 'life'. There are a lot of things that you can find yourself engaged with. If you do not have gainful work, you can at least think of cultivating some good hobbies like gardening, photography, reading novels, writing, or helping the sick and the aged etc.. Just look around and you will find a lot of opportunities. Time is so precious.
Once you keep yourself fully occupied, you will feel time is not sufficient.
tired or retired? take rest if tired, do something worthwhile if retired. "Its better to burn out than to rust out".
Don't oversleep. It will make you more and more lazy day by day. Rise early and go jogging. It will make your mind fresh and body healthy.
Finally, believe in 4 As: Awake, Aware, Alive, Active!

Sounds like me a couple of years ago. Do you have a good circle of friends? If so get out there with them, they are a great place to start with motivation and support. A problem shared is a problem halved. They can also let you know when you are getting better and when you are being a pain in the butt. It is always nice to know the days you feel tired, low and down they can be around to help. The days you are full of life and playful I am sure they will help. Try and get in with a hobby and a group always good for motivation makes you look forward to something (especailly if there is money involved and you have to pay up first.) If not pets are always good. However not recommended unless you have the time and space.

You have house, food and clothes and therefore you are feeling sleepy , bored and dull. Think about all the people who are have none of the above and are suffering to make both ends meet. There is a saying that even mountains would vanish if you keep on digging them without filling it back. Similarly if you do not do anything creative that all you posess would be lost and you will be in worser position than now. So stop brooding and get up and start doing some useful work like helping people those who are in need .

First go for a good, sound sleep. Take leave, if you are working. Dont worry about the work because when fresh you will be able to finish them in few minutes.
Try to help someone in distress. Listen to other peoples' problems and you will get to know how little your problems are. Look around, you will find a lot of people who need your help. above all broaden your horizon. I would like to suggest you to read some books like: CONVERSATION WITH GOD by Neal Donald Walsch, and books by Dr. Brian Weiss. Please do read Brian Weiss.

Depression is all about friends and family . Start to learn the second vocabulary and the secrets of life. The games people play is a book title. Maybe you will read it.

Study more books. Watch less TV. Drink more water, and take Coenzyme Q10. Finally, go out and take walks around your neighbourhood. Meet more people. Offer to help elderly neighbours.
Just ... go out there and do something. You'll be surprised how much it comes back to you, and how little you'll feel bored then.
