The cities of lebanon will be raised to the ground, and how god will protect israel and give them victory over their enimies
This prophesy was writen over 5000 years ago when there was not even a nation known as israel. Dont you think that the Bible is coming true?
i like to know what you think about these prophesies regarding israel?

The prophet that you are referring to is Zechariah, and there is no direct reference to the cities, but it is implied at the beginning of Chapter 11. The book of Zechariah was written about 2500 years ago, not 5000. Israel was a nation at that time. The prophesy spoken of will occur during the tribulation, and it does mention the destruction of Lebanon. What is currently going on between Israel and Lebanon does signal to us that we are in the last times, and I do believe that the Middle East is fixing to explode in a way that none of us can imagine. Everybody needs to come to Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ is coming to us SOON.

The probable time of writing of this book is 450 to 470 B.C.
When someone writes Zechariah 11 and 14 he means the whole chapters of 11 and 14, not one verse. Zechariah 11:14 is the way it is written if just one verse is meant.
Those of you who believe that the Bible has been rewritten by numerous meddling priests are getting your Bible history from "The DiVinci Code". I might suggest that you study the ACTUAL history of the Bible. You might be amazed at the extent to which guardians of these sacred texts went to preserve their scriptures intact. There has never been a sacred book which has been so carefully guarded, copied word for word, studied, fought over, analyzed, debated, and loved. There are literally thousands of original documents and fragments of documents when attest to the veracity of the Bible in the original languages.
There is nothing I can say which would cause you to believe in a God that you, seemingly, detest. However, I'm tired of seeing the blatant ignorance concerning the passage of the Bible through time.

By the way,it wasn't written 5000 years ago. This is the first false thing. The second false thing is that who told you that Israel will win the battle??Don't believe everything written on the Bible because some people changed it for the sake of kings and for the sake of themselves. I'd like also ask you who wrote the Bible? No one knows.

Zechariah 11:14: "Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel."
I think you need to re-read your bible.

Wow, 5000 years ago ... NOT ... less then 4000. So less then 4000 yeas ago someone pended something in ancient Hebrew calling himself Zackariah that in the name of God called judgment upon the Lebanon of his day, and you discover it now and say it applies. Oh gee I am not convinced. That is dripping sarcasm you hear. Enjoy your illusion. If it helps you cope, so be it.

I know that the bible was once all pure and true from a pure source which is God. But bible has been manipulated by men through history. it is not pure anymore and one cant say wheather things written there are true or not anymore.

may be it was later inserted but also there was a prophecy that a man will come(HITLER) who will kill the enemies of JESUS CHRIST i hope so this peophecy is fullfilled
