Free will is non-existent, and it has nothing to do with gods. We all do things based on our experiences and who we are so when we're sitting down watching TV and a show we don't like comes on we change the channel and it wouldn't happen any other way. And if there are punishments involved we could still do stuff in spite of the punishments but we don't because we learned as we grew up that punishments suck. So we all do things and there's no other way we'd do them unless it was a parallel universe.

It's god way or the highway?
Hmmm, I see us walking the highway of life and it's our choice in which side we walk.
We do have choices, and even choices taken away but it is our choice whether we follow the rules or find our own way.
The thing is, when I did what I wanted, I discovered it was what god wanted too ( I believe). It's a simple feeling really, just do what is in your heart and allow the heart to be unbound on the highway. We are guided as we walk but we aren't bound by chains, we aren't forced, not unless we tie ourselves down and allow others to force us to follow.
I follow with faith and I walk the highway with an unbound heart-

Free Will does not exist for the sole reason if you believe in God, then you believe that he has a certain desitny for you. You may have the choice on which path to travel, but in the end you will be where God wanted you to be.
If you do not believe in God, or any other higher or holy spirit, then Free Will deals with your moral responsibilities.

The ignorance here, lucky for you, suggests youth.
What is punishment?
Do you believe in a lake of fire?
Have you not already seen hell?
Know it and feel it, the world changes in ONE thought, ONE deed, ONE moment.
BE the change that YOU seek, and the CHANGE occurs... Simply bitching about the restrictions won't really get you anywhere, but maybe you'd forgotten this?
Creation itself defines YOU as part of itSELF. Denial of this simple truth is all that leads one to suffer, and:
ALL
THE REST
IS A LIE
ANYONE who tries in ANY way to convince you otherwise is simply trying to sell you something or control you, or both.
KNOW your part in the game or suffer the "losses" until you do...
Peace...

Of course there is free will. If there wasn't free will then we would all agree on one thing and there would be no disagreements. Without disagreements there is no opportunities to grow and to learn. Without learning and growing there is no reason to live. Free will is an integral part of being human and should never be taken for granted.

There is no free will. God drew the way for us and we walk in it to do what the God wants us to do.

IT IS YOUR CHOICE.
GOD IS ALL KNOWING BUT HE DOES NOT KNOW THE CHOICES A PERSON WILL MAKE.
HERE IS THE BEST EXAMPLE OF THIS:
Ge 22:10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
Ge 22:11 And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.
Ge 22:12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
SEE GOD SAID ( FOR NOW I KNOW THAT THOU FEAREST GOD ) GOD DID NOT KNOW THAT ABRAHAM WOULD GO ALL THE WAY.

Yes there is free will. Now if there is something preventing you to act the way you want, like fear, you still can overcome your fear and still do what you want to do.

FREE WILL IS A MADE UP WORD.
IT IS NO WHERE WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE.
YOU ARE FREE TO DO AS YOU CHOOSE. PERIOD.
YOU ARE ALSO FREE TO EXCEPT THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS. PERIOD.
ITS COMMON SENSE REALLY.....
IF I EAT 100 HAMBURGERS I WILL GAIN WEIGHT AND PROBABLY DIE.
IF I WALK RIGHT INFRONT OF A MAC TRUCK I WILL GET HIT AND PROBABLY DIE.
IF I AM VERY NASTY AND UNKIND TO OTHERS I WILL PROBABLY HAVE VERY FEW TO NO FRIENDS.
IF I WALK IN A WAY THAT IS GOOD AND DECENT I WILL BE HAPPY AND HAVE A GOOD LIFE.
